The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-4 days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5–12 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 12 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
It usually takes 1-4 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 8-11 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
5) Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.
